Youth in Matuga Kenya applauds Netherlands Embassy for Participatory Grant Making project
By : Carol Katana At least two reformed juvenile youth groups in Matuga sub-county ,Kwale county who benefited from Participatory Grant Making project PGM2 received government funds . The groups are among the hundreds youth empowered by a community based organization Green Minds through a project titled Punguza Vipanga Jenga Amani , a project that set a good record on changing the lives of juvenile gangs through the strategic approach of inclusiveness . The participatory grant making PGM 2 funded by the Netherlands Embassy through the JISRA project implemented by Kenya Community Support Centre KECOSCE transformed community members in its unique way .
