  Secret behind political nomination awards  locking out women in politics. story by Caroline Kwale  With her shy demeanor and disarming smile, Hawaa Abdul Salim is the type of person you will likely never see  angry no matter the circumstances.       Founder and Executive Director of Lukiza Autism Foundation Tanzania and the organizer of the RUN for AUTISM TANZANIA HALF MA RATHON, Hilda Nkabe received The Top 100 Executive List 2022 Award  for the caregory of “CEO NOT FOR PROFIT OF THE YEAR”.     The awards were organized by the Tanzania Institute of Managers and took place on Sunday 27th Nov 2022 at Mlimani City Dar es Salaam Tanzania.     RUN 4 AUTISM TANZANIA HALF MARATHON is the first Autism Half Marathon in Africa and it took place on 10th April 2022 in Dar es Salaam Tanzania; with season 2 to take place same month in 2023.
